Important Terms and Conditions

  1. Refunds and Credits: Refunds or future credits for airline fares are subject to the airline’s fare rules and policies. A service charge applies for all changes, refunds, cancellations, and credits on a per-ticket, per-passenger basis.
  2. Non-Refundable Fees: Both our transaction fees and post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable. These fees are in addition to any charges that may apply from the airline or other suppliers.
  3. Taxes & Government Fees: Government-imposed taxes or fees may change at any time. The final amount quoted by our agent is the definitive charge.
  4. Booking Changes and Cancellations: If your booking needs changes or cancellations, you will be subject to the relevant airline policies as well as our service fees.

Refund Eligibility

  • Non-refundable Tickets: Most tickets are non-refundable except in certain circumstances outlined below:
    • The airline’s fare rules permit cancellations or refunds.
    • Your request for a refund is accepted.
    • The booking is not marked as a No Show (bookings labeled as “No Show” are generally not eligible for refunds).
    • We successfully obtain waivers from suppliers to process your refund request.

Special Service Fees for Contact Center Bookings

Bookings made via our contact center, including multi-stop and round-the-world itineraries, may incur additional service fees. These fees typically range from $10 to $200 per passenger, with discounted rates for senior citizens (up to $125). These fees may also include premium package benefits.

Special Services

Special requests are considered only on a case-by-case basis and must be reviewed and approved by the respective airline, following their fare rules and policies. Any special service fees will be billed once the service is confirmed. If the request is denied by the airline, these fees may be refunded.

Common Exceptions and Required Documentation

  • Misspelled Name: If the name on your ticket does not match your passport or government-issued ID.
  • Visa/Passport Denial: A letter indicating Visa or Passport denial may be required.
  • Baggage Issues: Retain all receipts and luggage tags for baggage-related claims.
  • No-Show: Documentation explaining why you were unable to make your departure is necessary.
  • Denied Booking: If you were denied boarding, documentation is required.
  • Duplicate Tickets: If you booked duplicate tickets, refund requests need to include copies of both tickets with identical itineraries.
