Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please note that, in the event that we act as an intermediary agent, the refund will be handled in accordance with the deadlines and refund policy established by the service provider. We always try to respond to all our customers as quickly as possible. Please review the following refund and cancellation policies carefully before booking.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only if the following conditions are met:
1. A cancellation and refund request is submitted through our support team.
2. Fare rules allow cancellations and refunds.
3. The booking is not classified as a ""no show"".
4. Refund approval is obtained from airlines or suppliers.
Non-Refundable Services
All services, including flight bookings and fees such as Convenience and Service Fees, are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds generally take 60–90 days to process from the time a valid request is submitted. However, this period may vary based on airline or supplier approvals and your financial institution’s policies.
Refund Process Overview
1. Submit a cancellation request via phone to our customer service team.
2. You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming your request (this does not guarantee a refund).
3. We work with suppliers and airlines to secure approvals for waivers or refunds.
4. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the specified timeline.
Cancellation Policies
• Non-Refundable Tickets
Tickets categorized as non-refundable cannot be canceled for a refund but may be exchanged for a new booking (subject to fare rules).
• Partially Used Tickets
Tickets that have been partially used are non-refundable.
• Modification Requests
Changes to travel dates, routes, or other details are subject to airline policies and may incur penalties, fare differences, and service fees. Modifications may take up to 72 hours to process.
Medical Exceptions
If you are unable to travel due to a medical emergency
• Refunds or changes may be possible upon providing valid documentation.
• Applicable airline penalties, fare differences, and service fees must be paid.
• Alternatively, you may keep your ticket open for future travel (based on airline policies).
Important
• Refunds for bookings canceled within the void window (typically 24 hours) are processed faster.
• Refund requests must be initiated through JetRule to ensure proper handling.
• Changes or cancellations made directly with airlines may void our ability to assist with refunds.
Exchange of Tickets
• Non-refundable tickets may be exchanged for future travel at an equal or higher fare (subject to penalties and fare differences).
• The credit must be used within the validity period set by the airline.
