This ensures that if you find a better all-inclusive price for the same itinerary on a major Online Travel Agency (OTA) within 24 hours of booking, we will match the price and refund the difference.

 

Understanding 'Same Itinerary'?

A 'same itinerary' means that every aspect of your booking matches the lower-priced itinerary, including:
1. Airline
2. Flight Number
3. Travel Date
4. Number of Passengers
5. Seat Type

To qualify, the competing itinerary must be identical in every detail.

 

Ensuring the Itinerary is 'Offered and Available?

To validate a PMP claim, the competing itinerary must be live and bookable at the time of verification by our customer care team. Our customer care representatives will verify its availability to ensure the claim is legitimate.

 

Steps to Invoke Price Match Promise

2. Provide your JetRule booking reference number.
3. Share complete details of the lower-priced itinerary, including

• Airline Name
• Flight Number
• Itinerary Details
• Travel Date
• Number of Passengers
• Seat Type

A URL or Screenshot of the lower-priced itinerary to assist with verification.

Our customer service team will validate the claim. If we are unable to verify the details you provide or if the claim is incomplete, we reserve the right to deny the PMP request.

 

Once the claim is verified, you can choose to either:
• Retain your existing itinerary.
• Receive a refund of the price difference.

 

Exclusions to Price Match Promise

The following are not eligible for PMP

1. Specialized Fares

• Military fares
• Student fares
• Government fares
• Tour operator fares
• Bulk fares
• Vacation packages

 

2. Fare Errors

• Prices resulting from typographical or technical errors on other websites are excluded.
